This policy describes how F1 Group LLC (“F1,” “we”) uses information in F1 Pipeline, our internal software. It applies to staff who sign in to F1 Pipeline and to Google accounts connected to the app.

Information we collect
When you connect Google to F1 Pipeline, we receive an OAuth token and Google Ads data you authorize, which may include:
- Google account identifiers needed to keep the connection
- Google Ads customer IDs and account names
- Campaign and performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and conversion value
We also store F1 Pipeline login data for our own staff (such as email and role) so the tool can be used securely.
How we use it
We use this information only to operate F1 Pipeline for F1 Group LLC: showing advertising performance next to our store data, and keeping the Google connection working. We do not sell this data. We do not use it to build a public advertising product for other companies.
Google user data obtained through the Google Ads API is used only to provide F1 Pipeline features inside F1 Group LLC. We do not use it to train models, sell it, or serve other companies.
How it is shared
Google Ads data stays in F1 Pipeline and with infrastructure providers that host the app (for example our application host). We do not share it with third-party advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Connected Google tokens and synced Ads metrics are kept while a store remains connected in F1 Pipeline, and deleted or disconnected when we remove the connection or the tool is no longer used for that account.
Your choices
You can disconnect Google Ads from F1 Pipeline at any time. You can also revoke F1 Pipeline’s access in your Google Account permissions. For questions or deletion requests, email f1group.global@gmail.com.
